Three UNESCO world heritage sites are situated across the country. Georgia has extraordinary traditional food. One of them, Dambal Khacho, a rare sort of Georgian cheese, has been added to UNESCO's intangible Cultural Heritage list. Georgia’s Nature can make you speechless. The Tushetian village of Bochorna and the Svanetian commune of Ushguli are Europe’s highest permanently inhabited settlements. This place where Georgia’s one and only Queen Tamar built her own summer and winter towers. Could there possibly be anything else?
Well, Yes! The first human civilization outside of Africa was discovered in Georgia (the remains of that settlement are 1, 75 million years old).
